If you are looking for that special venue for your company meeting, then the George Hotel is your ideal choice. This magnificent 16th Century hotel is a superb venue for your conference, presentation or exhibition. Situated in the centre of Huntingdon we have a choice of three various sized rooms to offer. Once the home of Oliver Cromwell’s grandfather this former coaching Inn has played host to guests travelling on business and leisure for hundreds of years.
The hotel has 24 en-suite bedrooms, all with colour TV, telephone, Hi-Fi, Modem points, hairdryer, and tea an coffee making facilities.
We also offer free parking to our guests.
Manchester Room
This grand ballroom, situated on the first floor, is an ideal venue for larger conferences, from 20 people boardroom, and up to 120 people theatre style. Features include natural daylight, and an adjoining private bar.
Cromwell Room
Suitable for smaller meetings, for up to 25 people boardroom, or 45 people theatre style. The Cromwell Room is situated on the ground floor, and easily accessible from our reception and lounge.
Turpin Room
Suitable for meetings, interviews etc, for up to 14 people boardroom or 20 theatre style. The Turpin Room is situated on the ground floor across the courtyard from the main reception and lounge.

Our standard 8 hour and 24 hour packages are tailored to meet delegates needs, whilst at the same time offering excellent value.
Day Delegate Packages
£22.50 per person
There should be a minimum of 8 persons to qualify for the Day Delegate Rate in the Cromwell Room, and a minium of 20 persons for the Manchester Room
- Mid morning tea/coffee and biscuits
- Finger Buffet Lunch (Menu B)
- Mid afternoon tea/coffee and cake
- Room hire and standard equipment
ie. Overhead projector, screen and flipchart

24-Hour Delegate Package
£100.00 per person
There should be a minimum of 8 persons to qualify for the 24 hour Rate in the Cromwell Room, and a minium of 20 persons for the Manchester Room

- Mid afternoon tea/coffee and cake
- Room hire and standard equipment
ie. Overhead projector, screen and flipchart - Overnight accommodation on a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast basis
